During your first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history and list of medications, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Therefore, at your first visit, we'd like you to bring any records, MRIs, or x-rays with you. Also, please bring your insurance card with you along with your referral, if needed.
